The Directors and Management would like to announce that Vulcan Steels and Global Metals have reached an agreement to acquire 100% shareholding of Interlloy, effective the end of March 2018.

The new entity will be a merge of Interlloy and Global Metals under the new brand Vulcan Engineering Steels.

It is envisaged that the combined business will leverage the strengths and capabilities of both organizations and provide unrivalled service to our customers in the engineering sector.
